Veterinary Orthopedic Manipulation
Back and neck problems are not only common in humans, but can also affect dogs and cats. Problems like these are not always easy to identify as a source of chronic pain, but can have a dramatic impact on your pet’s quality of life. Back and neck pain can be very distressing and disabling. Veterinary orthopedic manipulation (VOM) is similar to chiropractic adjustment and is often used as an adjunct therapy for orthopedic problems. It can offer visible improvement in your pets overall condition in as little as the first session. All patients are fully examined by our doctor first to determine if they are a good candidate for VOM. If deemed necessary, VOM can be integrated with traditional western veterinary treatment to provide your pets with the best care possible.
